Refund policy
Due to the personalized nature of our travel planning services, we're unable to offer refunds once the itinerary package has been purchased.
In this case, it is recommended that you are 100% sure you will be taking your trip prior to purchasing this service.
Additionally, please note that once the package has been purchased, you will have 24 hours to communicate any revisions needed that are contrary to the information provided in the consultation and the Google Form. You can reach out to amanda@thehappyplacetravel.com to do so.
Not to worry, though! This is also why we offer a free, no-risk initial consultation so we can iron out your travel plans, and you can decide afterwards if you're ready to purchase!
In the case of non-personalized digital products (travel itineraries), the same no return/refund policy applies. If there should be any technical issues with your digital product, we trust that you will reach out to us at amanda@thehappyplacetravel.com as soon as possible so we can take a look and resolve any issues for you.
In regards to any physical products shipped out through our Print-on-demand service (Wanderlust Tote Bags), if you experience an issue with your order, please reach out to us as soon as you receive your order so we may get in touch with our supplier and rectify any issues with your order! Any defective products will of course be eligible for a refund upon return to our warehouse, but please still get in touch with us first at hello@thehappyplacetravelshop.com, so we can submit a problem report to our supplier.
